Use your Scor-Pal to add texture

Scor-Pals are great for making boxes and dimensional cards, but do you think about it for decorating your card stock?  Today I would love to share with you how simple it is to make custom patterned card stock.

Use your Scor-Pal to score the pattern you would like on your card stock.  I've used Core'dinations paper just so it will really show but you can use any card stock you like.

Sand all of your raised score lines to accent the pattern

I've topped off my card with an adorable stamp from Viva Las Vegas, Plate #1432.  I love Roosters so this was the perfect stamp set for me.

Love is Everywhere

Love is themed cards are everywhere right now...releases, challenges you name it.  This is a love card I created for the Shabby Tea Rooms current challenge and also for JustRite Stamps challenge.  Both go hand in hand so it was a perfect fit for both.

I handmade the roses using McGill punches and tools.  They take a little while to make but they are so pretty when their done.

The stamp has been heat embossed along with the letters L-O-V-E and then glittered.  It's really fun when I start playing and added things to a card like this one.  Granted there is a lot going on but the finished result is special.  See you tomorrow with more creations.

Hugs,
