Have you been hopping along this week with Graphic 45 and Petaloo? I hope so. Not only will you see some amazing Halloween Décor goodies, but you can win a great prize pack.
I am a sucker for Halloween and Halloween decor. I'm not one for the gore and blood but I love the vintage Halloween decorations that have become so popular. I think I pulled off that vibe with my pair of crystal ball centerpieces.
I love the way I trick the eye and you think there is a floating image in the center. I achieve that will a little smoke and then stamping on transparency with Staz-On ink and some Steampunk Spells stamp set. Once they are placed inside the glass ball they really look like they are floating in mid air...it's so cool.
The paper line I used is Eerie Tale from Graphic 45 and the colors really lend themselves to that retro Halloween theme. I just adore the little spider I stamped....just the small details can really boost your projects.
The flowers I used from Petaloo were beautiful but they had white centers...no problem I just sprayed them with some purple dye/stain and then they were perfect to nestle into my grouping.
Remember to head over to Graphic 45 Blog and Petaloo's and enter for your chance to win, win, win and as they say in Disney...BOO TO YOU AND YOU AND YOU AND YOU
