Create a Flip Flap Mini Book with Graphic 45

Hi Everyone, today's project is one I created for Graphic 45 and it's just plum fun.  This is a mini book you can create with 8 pieces of card stock and a lot of imagination.  In fact I'll show you step by step out to put this whole book together.  Just follow along with my Snapguide Tutorial.  Check out

I've used the World's Fair Collection from Graphic 45 and I don't think I could have chosen a more perfect paper for the theme of my book.  This is from a trip my sister, son and I took to Disneyworld two years ago.  It was a priceless trip and one that I'm glad I have this little book to remind me of just a few of our wonderful times.

Please be sure to stop by Graphic 45's blog and leave a comment...let them know what you think of my work.  I'd also love to hear from you on my blog letting me know what projects you'd like to see in the future.

A Brag Book for Father's Day

Today Graphic 45 is featuring me over on their blog as a returned designer.  They have posted some of my favorite Graphic 45 projects (thus far) and this little treasure I made.  Please take a moment and head over to their blog to see all my favorites and more.

My father has absolutely everything in the world and needs nothing.  I couldn't have thought of a better gift for him for Father's Day than a brag book of his precious grandsons.  That's something he can't go out and buy but that he really will treasure.

I made this little book from cardboard and of course some yummy paper and accessories from The Good Ol Sport collection from Graphic 45....and I LOVE IT!!!!  Here are lots and lots of pictures for you to get a feel for the whole book.  Enjoy.

A Garden Filled with Flowers

Today's post is of a mini album I created using the Secret Garden Collection from Graphic 45.  I found the bird house at our local Good Will Thrift Store and repurposed it by covering with paper and handmade flowers.  I ran my paper through my Creation Station 900 for easy application and then sanded/filed the edges for a clean finish.

The flowers were all made by hand using Cheery Lynn Dies.  I think they blend in perfect with the paper.

The book was all made by hand using a cardboard box.  Again I used my Creation Station for the base coat of adhesive. I love the way my detailed die cuts go on by making them a sticker background.

Here are all the interior pocket/pages of the mini album.

I hope you enjoyed this project as much as I enjoyed making it.

1. Mini Book with Bird House Holder from The Secret Garden Collection.  All of the flowers are either handmade from paper or fussy cut from Graphic 45.
