Christmas Gift Layout

 

Oh my do I love my little man.  He's all dressed up, showing off his Christmas gift he received.  How adorable is that.  This layout features the Saint Nicholas Christmas collection from KaiserCraft. I doctored my picture so it would give a bit more of a vintage feel to it, to blend with the paper. 

 

Again a lot of fussy cutting was done on this layout to feature some of the stunning pictures on the paper.  Yum.  Have a great weekend and I'll see you next week. 

 

Fun with Texture

I'm so intrigued as of late with texture and colors and I sure did have fun with this card.  I created it for KaiserCrafts Design Team and I really do love the way the wooden flourish turned out. 

 

I painted, embossed and sanded the snowflake flourish to get the above variegated finish.....now it just has be wanting to experiment more.  Color sure is fun.

Merry Christmas Pop Up Card

 

I bet you thought I forgot about you guys out in blog land....Oops I really didn't but I just go busy creating so many projects this weekend to share that I did forget to create a post.  So even though it's a bit late here ya go. 

 

This is a pop up card I created for KaiserCraft's Design Team using their Christmas Collection " Saint Nicholas".  I love Kaiser's vintage collections and this one is the ultimate in vintage. 

 

Many of the features on this card have been fussy cut from the paper, like the boy and girl and even the leaves and berries.  It takes a little bit of time, but the effect is just stunning.
