I've created this card using the Trimcraft Santoro Mirabelle Collection and the Fuse Tool.  There is a lot of stacking on this card with lots of layers and the Mirabelle Collection makes that super easy.  I added a bit more festive to the card by creating a pocket of sequins and layered it in-between the layers.

Here's a list of all the products I used for this card and you can pick them up over at Blitsy today.
Remember I said you could win $100 in crafting products from Blitsy ?here's where you can jump in on the fun.

Here's My Secret Word ( Butterfly )
Now hop away to some other design team members that will WOW you with inspiration

Be Still Card

Happy Valentines Day to everyone. I hope you all had a great weekend.  Mine wasn't quite what I expected.  My youngest son's 5th birthday was this weekend and God love him, he was sick.  We had to postpone the party till next weekend. I felt so sorry for him.  I will say, not having the party afforded me the chance to get a little crafting done, which is always a good thing.

I did this card for a friend of ours whose father just passed away.  I love the delicate feel of the Spellbinders die cut, Prima flowers and the Close To My Heart metal butterflies.  The sentiment from Verve Stamps was perfect and just what I wanted to say.

Have a great week and I'll be past soon with more posts.

If Only Time Stood Still Layout

This is a layout I did of my oldest son Will.  He was only two in this picture and had just learned how to sit up by himself.  We were so thrilled and got some great shots of him on the dunes at the beach.  Will is going to be 10 this April and he is one of the greatest blessings of my life.  Will can't sit up anymore by himself as he suffers from a neurological condition, so I look back on these photos with such fond memories and am so grateful he was able to sit up if only for a while. He continues to be my miracle everyday.

Here are some of the products I used for complete this 12 x 12 layout:

Flower Soft (on the photo...really makes it look like sand)
Spellbinders Dies
Unity / Iron Orchid Co Brand Stamp
Prima Flowers
Opaque Pearls from Close To My Heart
Photoshop Elements
Tattered Angels Apple Mist
Tim Hotlz Distress Inks
