The Lord is My Refuge with Heartfelt Creations
Today's card is this week's project for Heartfelt Creations. I really have enjoyed working with this collection because of the flowers, they are just lovely to work with and can offer such a variety. Working with them different ways gives lots of different effects. Inking the edges, spritzing with water and crumpling, glittering...they just lend themselves to all types of ways to make them look different and I love it!!!!!! Be sure to check out the Heartfelt Blog for a complete list of supplies and directions plus lots of other projects from the rest of the design team. I'll see you on Monday so have a great weekend.

Hampton Art and Graphic 45
Hello everyone, I hope you're ready for a great weekend of summer fun. Today's card is one I created for Hampton Art using Graphic 45 Stamps and paper. The collection is Botanical Tea and it probably would surprise many of you that it is from that collection. I did a more tone on tone card and didn't bring in all the soft spring colors the collection normally is associated with. I actually love the way this turned out as the stamped image really gets to be the focus. Just beautiful.
This picture really helps you to see al the dimensional layers that make this card really pop in person.
I'll see you next week with more great projects....so until then keep on crafting.

Building Blocks with Heartfelt Creations
Hello everyone. Today's project is my latest creation for Heartfelt Creations. It's a baby block tower. This would be so sweet for a shower gift. I've taken lots of pictures so you can hopefully get an idea of what it looks like...sometimes dimension projects can be a bear to photograph, LOL.
This the is the top which holds a three dimensional umbrella clustered amongst handmade flowers
This sweetheart was fussy cut from the paper, however they do have a matching stamp with this same pattern, it was just a bit smaller and I wanted the height.
On this picture you can see some of the small squares scenes I cut from the paper and applied with foam tape to the sides, randomly. Also the font letters have been covered with card stock and filed for a clean edge. If you would like to see complete directions on how to make this, please go to the Heartfelt Creations Blog. You'll find all kinds of beautiful ideas from the rest of the design team.

Quick Quotes and Xyron Design Team Blog Hop
Today I'm helping to continue on the fun for the week long Xyron and Quick Quotes Blog Hop. I had so much fun playing in their paper! Be sure to go to Xyron Blog to see more projects from the design team and also check out Quick Quotes for even more inspiration.
Today I've made a 12 x 12 layout using the Serendipity paper collection from Quick Quotes. I had some photos of my brave little man at the Urgent Care getting a stitch in his lip. He was so brave, so when I saw the quote "Life Takes Bravery" I knew it was a perfect pairing.
On a side note....my son's lip is healing up nicely so Everything is going to be OK, LOL. Be sure to see all the Xyron and Quick Quotes products used for this project below and thanks so much for stopping by.
