It's What You See with Hampton Art

Happy Friday...Don't you just love the weekends?  Today's card is one I created for Hampton Art.  It's a Graphic 45 stamp set featured in the middle of handmade designer paper using a stencil.  It's a cute simple card, but I just love the glasses...so cool.

Have a safe and happy weekend and I'll see you all next week.

Heartfelt Creations and Creative Embellishments Together

I'm so in love with the Classic Sunflower Collection from Heartfelt Creations . I'm also in love with this handsome man, so I figured the two would be good.  Though I'm sure he would never think his face would be adorned on a layout with so many flowers, I think it perfect, LOL.  Sunflowers to me remind me of comfort and home so I think it OK to mix the two.

This week we are also joining forces with Creative Embellishments.  Their intricate chipboard is a perfect compliment to Heartfelt.....check out more details below.

Be sure to hop over to Heartfelt Creations Blog today and see tons of projects featuring Heartfelt Creations and Creative Embellishments...beautiful, just beautiful.

Pocket Page Layout with Graphic 45's Typography

Today over on the Graphic 45 Blog my Project Life Layout is featured.

I had never created a pocket scrapbook style layout and I really was challenged by it at first, not sure why? I actually adore the way it turned out when all was said and done and not sure why I made it so scary.  The colors of the Typography paper with the black and white photos just really make it POP.

The theme of my layout is of my best friend Cindy at Crossfit  workout.  She is the most beautiful person I know inside and out so I had to be sure the layout did her justice.  I think I pulled it off, LOL with the help of Graphic 45.

In the middle of the layout is a mini book that holds more pictures.  I have a great Snapguide tutorial to show you how to make your own little mini book for your layouts or journals.

Check out How to Make a Mini Book for a Layout With Graphic 45 by Lori Williams on Snapguide.

Here are more pictures of the mini book with detail pictures inside and out.

And here are close up photos of the layout in general

Gaze into my Crystal Ball with Petaloo and Graphic 45 Blog Hop

Have you been hopping along this week with Graphic 45 and Petaloo?  I hope so.  Not only will you see some amazing Halloween Décor goodies, but you can win a great prize pack.

I am a sucker for Halloween and Halloween decor.  I'm not one for the gore and blood but I love the vintage Halloween decorations that have become so popular.  I think I pulled off that vibe with my pair of crystal ball centerpieces.

I love the way I trick the eye and you think there is a floating image in the center.  I achieve that will a little smoke and then stamping on transparency with Staz-On ink and some Steampunk Spells stamp set.  Once they are placed inside the glass ball they really look like they are floating in mid air...it's so cool.

The paper line I used is Eerie Tale from Graphic 45 and the colors really lend themselves to that retro Halloween theme.  I just adore the little spider I stamped....just the small details can really boost your projects.

The flowers I used from Petaloo were beautiful but they had white centers...no problem I just sprayed them with some purple dye/stain and then they were perfect to nestle into my grouping.

Remember to head over to Graphic 45 Blog and Petaloo's and enter for your chance to win, win, win and as they say in Disney...BOO TO YOU AND YOU AND YOU AND YOU

Festive Christmas Final Card with Heartfelt Creations

Today I'm showcasing my final card using the Festive Christmas collection from Heartfelt Creations.  It's so easy to create a stunning card with Heartfelt Creations using their flower stamps and die.  You can encase any image with flowers and make it POP.  My lantern was stamped and colored and it's pretty but the poinsettia's really make it shine.

Be sure to come back on Wednesday as I'll be premiering the Classic Sunflower Collection from Heartfelt Creations and it's going to be one you will have to have...it's stunning.

Remember you can always see lots of inspirations and pick up any Heartfelt Creations products on HFC website/Blog.
