Precious Memories with Graphic 45 and Spellbinder Dies

Hi Everyone, I hope you're having a great week.  I've been swamped this week so I've not gotten to share as many projects with you as I like.  The great news is I have one for you today from Graphic 45 and it's stunning!!!

I've used the latest collection Precious Memories and some of the newest Spellbinder dies just released at CHA 2015.  The two go perfectly together with that shabby vintage feel.
I've layered a lot with this card and also given it some depth with the three dimensional bow at the top of the card.

Please be sure to head over to Graphic 45's blog today and check out more awesome projects from the design team...it's always sure to entertain.

Come on Spring with Heartfelt Creations

Well I don't know where you are but here in the South we have been snowed/iced under all week and I can say it's making me itch for some spring weather.  Thank goodness I can get a little taste of spring with the Butterfly Medley collection from Heartfelt Creations

Todays card focuses around the seed packets and of course the flowers...heck flowers, flowers and flowers...that's what it's all about.

Did you know that you can catch tutorials with Heartfelt Creations on Friday blog post.  It's a great way to learn something new.

Happy Crafting this weekend and I'll see you next week.

Wake Up Sleepy Head with Graphic 45

OK so maybe this clock wouldn't really wake you up but it sure would be nice to wake up to...it's so beautiful.  I have a confession with this piece, I've had this alarm clock that I bought at Hobby Lobby a year or two ago and have been hoarding it...I know shame, shame.  The really funny part about this is it was a working alarm clock...I waiting so long that now some craft companies actually sell shells of alarm clock cheaper than what I paid and ready to use/ verses me having to destroy and paint, LOL.  That just goes to show sometimes it's not such a great idea to hoard things away.

I used the beautiful new collection Artisans Style from Graphic 45 to adorn my clock and I just love the colors and the motifs...stunning.

Take a closer look at my work.

Also today on Graphic 45's blog is Ginger's amazing journal she created plus a video...so don't miss it.  See you soon and happy crafting.

Baby Love with Hampton Art and Graphic 45

I think there is a baby theme on my blog as of late...I better not be drinking the water, LOL.  Graphic 45 and Hampton Art both released baby themed products for CHA so the two of them always pair up so nicely and I did just that on this card.

The baby was fussy cut out and added to the card with foam tape to give some dimension.  The banner was stamped and cut out and the sentiment in the middle was stamped with blue ink for a perfect blending.  I also stamped little flowers and baby feet on the background paper.  Granted it was already detailed but I thought the darker stamped blue gave a little more layering.

Happy Valentines Day

Todays card is one that I thought would be perfect to wish you all a Happy Valentines Day.  This is a card I created for Hampton Art.  I love the sentiment but more than the sentiment I love the little string of lights stamp.  I'm a sucker for a banner any day of the week, so the lights are a banner but with a twist.  I just think it's a really cute stamp.

I hope everyone has a great Valentines Day and you are able to spend it with someone or someones that you love.  I have two little boys that will be my sweetheart :)

Today marks the release o the new collection from Heartfelt Creations " Butterfly Medley ".  It has a beautiful flowers die with coordinating stamps plus butterfly stamps and dies.  It's one of those staple collections that you'll use again and again.

I love the way it's making me yearn for spring.  The colors are so bright and vibrant and I know just around the corner I'll be seeing real blooms in my garden.

Hello Little One with Hampton Art

This is a card I created for Hampton Art/ CHA and the neat thing about this project is it was created with all plain cardstock.  I love when I can created textured patterned paper with just stamps...The polka dot background was all stamped with one of Hampton Arts latest block stamps.  I just think overall this card is just sweet with the handmade daisies and the little owl pair.

Hello with Hampton Art

This is a card I created for Hampton Art /CHA.  I love the mason jar...and to make it shaded I just used a sponge dauber and some ink and varied the color, getting lighter at the top.  I think it looks like and old Ball jar....and I love it.

Here's are some close up of the card so you can see a bit more detail.

A Final Day of Birds and Blooms with Heartfelt Creations

I've really enjoyed working with the birds and blooms collection this month from Heartfelt.  It has everything that I love, flowers, the color combinations and that shabby chic feel that Heartfelt is always so good at bringing to the table.

This card is one that I fussy cut out the birds from the duplicate paper and then layered them with foam tape.  You can really see the detail in the close up picture.

Next week will be the release of the latest collection from Heartfelt so be sure to tune back in on Wednesday.  Also remember you can always see complete details and material list on Heartfelt's Blog of my work and the rest of the design team...so hop over and take a peek.

ABC Primer Card with Graphic 45

I love the ABC Primer collection from Graphic 45 when it was released years ago, and now you can have the updated re-release of ABC Primer.  This is something that Graphic 45 is starting to do and I love it, re releasing favorite collections.  For those of us that have been long time fans it's great to get our hands on the collections again but for a lot of new comers to the paper field it let's them enjoy some of the long time favorites too.

This card is one that has lots of layers of the ABC primer.  I created this to be shown at CHA so at the time it was made all the chipboard and stickers that go along with the paper weren't available ....this card was created strictly from the paper and that's it.

Be sure to hop over to Graphic 45's blog today and see Ginny's Raining Cats and Dog Card that is just beautiful.  She always has lovely and inspiring cards. .
