This is one of KaiserCraft's latest collections "Technologic". I used the collection on a layout I did using pictures from Macy's Christmas Window...believe it or not. Macy's was my favorite window this Christmas and I thought the collection was perfect.

Make Your Own Accessories!
This is a headband I created using Heartfelt Creations stamps. I purchased the base headband at Walmart and then took it to a whole new level with my satin flower.
Yeap that is my quickly graying head in the picture, LOL.

KaiserCraft Monthy Challenge
Each week KaiserCraft reveals a new sketch that will help you create a beautiful layout and the best part is you enter it in their monthly sketch challenge. You could win some of Kaiser's yummy goodies and get some great layouts created at the same time.
Here is my take on one of this month's sketches.
All of my flowers are handmade ...something I love to do. They are so easy but add so much.
I'm not sure what my addiction is to banners and tickets, but I adore them. So I was thrilled to see the banner that is included in the Fine and Sunny stamp set from Kaisercraft.
I hope you'll go check out Kaiser's sketches that are revealed every Saturday. Click Here to go to Kaiser's Blog

Water Color Effect with Distress Inks
Good Monday Morning. I had a wonderful long weekend of rest and fun, and hope the same for you. Today we kick off the week with Prickley Pear's Mondays Post.
This weeks projects really comes together thanks to distress ink and markers. For the stamped center piece it was in with distress ink over the entire card stock. I then spritz water on the stamp and stamped and blotted. The I re stamped in the same spot with brown distress ink. I then flicked water over the entire card and blotted again. The final was to color in the images lightly with distress markers. It gave a great watercolor effect to the card. Love it!!!

Believe with Heartfelt Creations
As we start to go into Easter Weekend this card just seemed appropriate. It really sums up my life where I am today "Believe". I believe there is a purpose and a plan for everything and it all leads up to my life as God has it mapped out. Sometimes we don't understand it at all but that doesn't mean it's not working for the greater good. I hope everyone has a blessed Easter holiday and that you will take a moment to remember what the true meaning is.
I used Heartfelt Creations stamps to complete this card and some of my yummy KaiserCraft paper. Of course I also threw in some die cuts using Spellbinders. Honestly is it possible for me to make a card without using Spellbinders? I think not, LOL.
Have a great Weekend and I'll see you all soon!

Happy Spring!
Happy Monday and Happy April everyone. Today is Prickley Pear day and I have a Spring Card to share with you. I wish my pictures showed how the word spring is actually mounted on springs and pops right up from the card.
I used the Spring stamp , Mini Butterflies set and Mini Butterflie Die. Having the matching dies makes the flowers and butteflies go so fast.
Now you can go to Prickley Pears Blog and see all the other creations the design team has come up with.

Woven Spring Basket with KaiserCraft
After a winter (though we really haven't had much of one) , Spring is such a welcomed season for me. I love the smell of fresh cut grass, the bird chirping and of course daylight savings where it says light until much later in the evening. This month's newest collection from KaiserCraft TIGER LILLY just screams fresh spring season to me....so I thought a hand woven basket would be perfect.
I used a tutorial my sister Gini created . Click here to view Gini's tutorial and make your own basket. It's so simple!
If you would love to see other inspirational projects using KaiserCrafts Tiger Lilly collection go check out their blog.
Have a great weekend and I'll see you next week with lots more projects.
