I used lots of layers and it works well with all the different patterns in the collection.

I love the way I can stack the tape to create lots of depth and layers to my projects. It's easy and secure and can make for a WOW POPPING creation.
I love the stamped image of the girl I used on this card from Hampton Art and Graphic 45. She's just so vintage chic...LOVE IT!!!

Hello with Hampton Art
Today's card features Hampton Art Stamps and Stencils. It is simple yet really highlights the stamped and stenciled embellishments. Sometimes simple can actually be more difficult to pull off that a busy card, you really have to make each element shine. I started off using solid color card stock and embossed with a folder. The next step was die cutting out the fancy flourish/circle. I attached that with foam tape for some texture. I then punch a plain white circle and used the stencil from the Vintologie Stamp and Stencil set SC 0642. I used pigment ink so the color would be solid and rich. You’ll want to be sure that the ink is good and dry before proceeding on.
On another sheet of white paper I stamp the butterfly stamps and from the Graphic 45 Botanical Tea Set IC0296 and fussy cut two of them out. I then glued them to the stenciled circle and added the circle to the front of the die cut flourish. Lastly I stamped the sentiment and fussy cut out. I bowed the banner a bit before gluing it down so it pops off the card. Lastly I layer onto white and then sweet grass green cardstock to finish it all up. Thanks for stopping by and be sure to come back tomorrow for another great project.

Christmas is right around the corner with Graphic 45
It may not seem like it, but now is the season to start those Christmas cards and projects. Graphic 45 makes that super easy with their latest collection release " Twas the Night Before Christmas". Of course it brings that vintage flair that G45 is known for to all of your projects.
Today is a card I created for Graphic 45 and it full of lots of layers. I fussy cut out the holly leaves and then layered them back up with foam tape for a lot of dimension.
I always like to sew with a sewing machine around my cards...I think it just gives that extra touch of detail and another layer of interest.
Don't forget to include decoration on the interior of your cards. It's just as important for the receiver to be thrilled when they open the card as when they open the envelope.
Be sure to hop over to Graphic 45's Blog today and see more beautiful projects created by the design team using "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and I'll see you on Friday.

Keep Calm and Wine On with Hampton Art
I love all the Keep Calm slogans and this one is super cute from Hampton Art. I paired it up with a background stamp of wine and liquor bottles that was stamped in a burgundy ink.
I really like the wine glasses that create charms on the ribbon...and of course I had to highlight with ink so it looks like the wine is still sitting in the glass.
