Hello with Hampton Art
This is a card I created for Hampton Art /CHA. I love the mason jar...and to make it shaded I just used a sponge dauber and some ink and varied the color, getting lighter at the top. I think it looks like and old Ball jar....and I love it.
Here's are some close up of the card so you can see a bit more detail.

A Final Day of Birds and Blooms with Heartfelt Creations
I've really enjoyed working with the birds and blooms collection this month from Heartfelt. It has everything that I love, flowers, the color combinations and that shabby chic feel that Heartfelt is always so good at bringing to the table.
This card is one that I fussy cut out the birds from the duplicate paper and then layered them with foam tape. You can really see the detail in the close up picture.
Next week will be the release of the latest collection from Heartfelt so be sure to tune back in on Wednesday. Also remember you can always see complete details and material list on Heartfelt's Blog of my work and the rest of the design team...so hop over and take a peek.

ABC Primer Card with Graphic 45
I love the ABC Primer collection from Graphic 45 when it was released years ago, and now you can have the updated re-release of ABC Primer. This is something that Graphic 45 is starting to do and I love it, re releasing favorite collections. For those of us that have been long time fans it's great to get our hands on the collections again but for a lot of new comers to the paper field it let's them enjoy some of the long time favorites too.
This card is one that has lots of layers of the ABC primer. I created this to be shown at CHA so at the time it was made all the chipboard and stickers that go along with the paper weren't available ....this card was created strictly from the paper and that's it.
Be sure to hop over to Graphic 45's blog today and see Ginny's Raining Cats and Dog Card that is just beautiful. She always has lovely and inspiring cards. .

Birds and Blooms Tag with Hearfelt Creations
This layered tag was so much fun to make. The base tag was stamped with versa mark, heat embossed and then covered with vintage photo distress ink to create a lovely background. Some of the birds and butterflies in the background were colored in lightly with colored pencils...it gave a very soft effect.
Please be sure to go to the Heartfelt Creations blog and see a complete listing of supplies and detailed instructions for this tag and many other projects.

Graphic 45 Artisans Style is knocking
The area of the country that I
live in has a lot of bungalow inspired housing and arts and crafts style all
around. In fact yearly they hold an Arts
and Crafts conference at a local Inn, The Grove Park and I’ve attended numerous
times. I’ve been in love with this style
for as long as I can remember and have always said one day I’ll live in a
craftsman style house. This collection
embodies the colors, motifs and designs of that design era. So I may not live in that type of house quite
yet, but at least I can make pretty projects with the Artisan Style collection
until then, LOL.
Something that really makes this
card pop is one of Graphic 45 latest additions to the staples line, the lion door knocker. He is so cool and I can’t wait to use more of
them in other projects, you’ll love them.
I know they’ll do great on box and mixed media pieces but to me he just
had to adorned the front door of my card.

Hampton Art and Graphic 45 Go So Well Together
I love the way Hampton Art Stamps and Graphic 45 always seem to go hand in hand. This is from the latest collection from Graphic 45 " Artisan Style " . This is so my collection as I've been in love with the Arts and Crafts Style for years. In fact they have a huge show/conference every year at Grove Park Inn in Asheville where I live that educates and celebrates that time period and style....it's wonderful. Graphic 45 has of course captured it with this collection...it's stunning. The stamped flowers and sentiment are from Hampton Art and they blend beautifully together. You're going to have to get your hands on some of these goodies, for sure.

Did you Meet My Friend? With Graphic 45
Last week I was spotlight featured on Paper Crafter's Library, were you able to see it? I wanted to be sure if you didn't get over there you got to meet my new friend. I created this adorable snowman using Time To Flourish by Graphic 45 and I'm in LOVE!!!! It's really time to put him away for the season but I think he may just stay out on my display shelves.
I molded his head from paper clay over a Styrofoam ball and the painted and of course, glittered. He is a snowman after all. He is sitting atop a matchbox from Graphic 45 and adorned with G45 embellishments and paper.
The only problem with my snowman friend was he didn't exactly cooperate on the picture taking.....little monkey was hard to get shots of, LOL.
Have a great weekend and I'll see you all next week.

So Sweet with Precious Memories by Graphic 45
One of the collections that Graphic 45 is releasing at CHA is Precious Memories and precious it is. This is a layout I created of my youngest son who isn't quite so little anymore...oh if only we could make them stay little....sigh.
Of course Graphic 45 has given that vintage touch to this collection as they do with all their products. The color palette is one that will work with little boys or little girls and they have some papers for each.
I hope you're going to Graphic 45's blog each day to see all the new releases and the other fabulous projects by the rest of the design team. Oh and you can always find a complete list of products used for my projects on their blog too!!!
