Fall Leaves with Glitter

This is a tag I created for Beary Scraps current challenge...FALL.  I had the idea to cover the leaves with glitter and I love the way it turned out.  The paper is from the Authentique Glowing Paper Pad.  It's chocked full of all those orange, brown and black colors that are all around this time of year.  The base tag was colored with Distress Ink so I could match up my colors as I wanted.  The kocha/brown seam binding ribbon added the final touch to my tag.

So are you inspired to make a Fall card?  I hope so...and be sure to link it up to our Beary Scrap challenge here...you could win a $20 gift certificate, so why not?

No Flowers Here

Happy Monday everybody.  I wanted to share a KaiserCraft card I did last month for so for my Dad's Birthday.  Sometimes masculine cards seem hard to me, not sure why.  I suppose it's that I want to plop flowers on everything, LOL.   I managed to tame my flower plopping urge with butterflies.

Have a great week and I'll see you all later on.

Hugs, Lori
