It's that time of the year when we start to see these little guys fliting around in the sky...and I love them.  So of course you know I'm loving the Botanic Orchid collection from Heartfelt Creations because it highlights the humming bird.  They are just so beautiful.  Today's card is a simple but really effective card and I'll give you all the supplies and step by step directions over on the Heartfelt Creations blog...so hop on over and leave a little love. 

Botanic Orchid Tag with Heartfelt Creations

Today I'm sharing a tag that I created for Heartfelt Creations using the Botanic Orchid collection.  I love how many different flowers you can create from this one die...amazing. 

I used the Lattice Oval die for a stencil for the background on my tag.  I just outlined it using a white Uni-ball pen.  It's a great way to add some texture and pattern to plain paper.

It's An Orchid, No It's a Pansy...with Heartfelt Creations

I love the versatility of Heartfelt Creation's flowers, this is actually the Botanic Orchid that I was able to turn into a pansy...and I love it, don't you?  Just a bit of shading and layering and you can create all types of different flowers.  Have you seen the daffodil flower using this die???  OMGosh you have to check it out on the Heartfelt Creations website/blog.
