Say Goodbye to Blazing Poppy...last project for the month

I adore the effect I was able to achieve on today's card for Heartfelt Creations.  I used the Spectrum Aqua markers and it really nailed the watercolor style.  I heat embossed the stamped image first and then just colored it in with the markers and watercolor brushes.  BEAUTIFUL!!!

You can really see the detail in this shot.  Isn't it just lovely all the shading and water effect?  Be sure to head over to Heartfelt Creations Blog and you'll see step by step directions for this card and also lots of other lovely creations by the rest of the design team.

Step it up with Graphic 45 and a Tutorial

Today I've got two cards for you using Graphic 45's yummy new collections Gilded Lily and Artisans Style.  I've even created a video tutorial to show you how you can make your own step cards.

Then I created this second card using the Artisans Style and to show you the variety you can get with the type of card.

Be sure to head over to Graphic 45's blog and see more information about this project and so much more from the rest of the talented design team.

Watercolor Beauty with Heartfelt Creations and Blazing Poppy

Happy Monday everyone.  Sorry to day life was CRAZY last week and I didn't get anything posted.  So sorry.  The good news I have some projects to share with you this week so stay tuned :)

Today's card is one I created for Heartfelt Creations using Blazing Poppies collection and also Art Anthology's spray mist.  I created the poppy border with Spectrum Aqua markers and I love the way the technique turned out.  My favorite flower is poppies so you know I'm loving this release.
