Graphic 45 Design Team 2014 Audition

It's that time of the year again where I'll throw my hat in for the Graphic 45 Design Team Audition.  Every year it seems the process gets a bit easier as I really do love Graphic 45 and I use it often so projects aren't hard to show using their goodies.  Each of the projects will highlight the Graphic 45 collection used but I won't go into any other details as it's long enough with all the pictures, LOL.

Heartfelt New Release

I love Heartfelt Wednesday release days.  It's so refreshing to see a new beautiful collection and all the inspiration that the design team creates not to mention the chance to win the whole collection yourself.

Heartfelt Creations Wednesday

Happy Hump day everyone.  Of course on Wednesday it's Heartfelt Creations.  Today's card has a chalkboard flavor to it.  I stamped on black cardstock with white ink and then colored in with pastels.  I set them with fixative so the pastels wouldn't rub off.  The card has some great details but it a little more simpler look than some of my Heartfelt cards.

1, 2, 3 UR 4 ME LAYOUT

I love this picture of my oldest Will.  A sweet friend of mine took these pictures and what a blessing.  Since my oldest is disabled it's sometimes tuff to get great pictures of him the older he gets, but these really capture my little sweetheart.

Raindrops On Roses with a Layout

This is a layout I created for Heartfelt Creations using the February release Raindrops on Roses.  Of course you know I have my youngest gracing the middle of the layout.  Boys or no boys there will still be flowers on my layouts, LOL. 

 

Heartfelt Creations make it very easy to arrange layouts with their designer paper.  The paper has such exquisite designs already colored that honestly you can about pop on a picture and go.  The fun is going to come when you get to create some beautiful flower clusters and add them on, or some patterned paper.  Well the point is you can add to and make it pop or you can use the base paper and honestly it will pop too.  Easy Peasy for all levels.

Boarding Pass Mixed Media Canvas

 

Mixed Media is just, well.....FUN!!!!  You get to get your hands filthy, play in all types of different mediums and just create, layer and create.  What is not to love about that?

 

Today's project is a canvas I made for KaiserCraft using their latest release Boarding Pass.  I love all the texture that ending up coming through on the art.

Violet Crush Fancy Fold

I always like to create fancy fold cards.  First they are super simple ( most of the time ) but they add such a pop to cards.  It can really dress up your project with just a bit more effort. 

 

Today's card is one that I used the Violet Crush collection from KaiserCraft.  The purple hues are really trending right now, so it's a great collection to get your hands on.

Here is what I looks like when you unfold it.  Can't you just imagine the recipient displaying it all folded out.  I can and that makes me want to do fancy fold cards more and more.  I want people to enjoy my cards and continue to enjoy them and this is a great way to do that.

Special Wishes with Heartfelt Creations

Today is Heartfelt Creations Wednesday!!!  I always enjoy seeing the beautiful creations that the design team has created.  Be sure to go to Heartfelt Creations Blog and see the samples with complete directions on each. 

For my card I used the Windows stamp from the latest release Raindrops on Roses.  The flowers are from the Majestic Morning collection and they are one of my go to flower. 

I hope you can see some of the detail layering I did with foam tape.  The window looks as if it's ready to burst open into the morning...I love it.

Always Up for a Challenge....

 

Todays card is one I created for the JustRite current challenge...use a flower or a butterfly.  You know me and flowers were no problem.  The paper used was G45 Little Darlings and I love the soft spring colors it offers.
